About the Company
Who We Are
American Mineral Resources is the trade name of American Lithium Minerals, Inc. (OTC: AMLM), an exploration stage public company headquartered in Carson City, Nevada. Instead of a single deposit and a binary drilling outcome, the Company has assembled eleven project interests across multiple mining jurisdictions: an independently appraised flagship lithium asset in America's only producing lithium brine corridor, a completed gold acquisition in one of Western Australia's most prolific districts, three wholly owned Quebec critical minerals projects, secured exposure to district-scale silver and copper systems in Chile, a stake in BC Golden Triangle placer gold, and an exploration-stage gold-antimony portfolio in New Zealand.
Total assets increased to $18,675,687, with stockholders equity of $17,735,478, as of June 30, 2026. The Company has publicly stated its plan to complete its audit and pursue an uplisting to a national exchange later this year.

The Model
A staged, capital-light model: every asset is described exactly as it stands at every stage.

Quality ground in proven districts: Nevada's lithium brine corridor, Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, Quebec's critical minerals belts, and northern Chile's porphyry country.

Independent third parties behind the story: a Stantec appraisal at Sarcobatus, an NI 43-101 technical report at Sangambi, SEC qualification of the Regulation A+ offering.

Each asset on its own catalyst path: 39 permitted drill pads and a planned 2,000 meter program in Chile, a permitted 30,000 cubic yard per annum placer program in British Columbia.
Independent Validation
The AMLM story is anchored by independent appraisal, technical reporting, regulatory qualification, and third-party research rather than management assertion alone: a Stantec Consulting appraisal of the Sarcobatus flagship, an NI 43-101 technical report for Sangambi, SEC qualification of the Regulation A+ offering, and a Globe Small Cap Research report with a positive risk and reward view referenced in the Company's March 18, 2026 release.
Secondary Initiative
Alongside its core exploration business, the Company has discussed a tokenized real-world asset framework intended to bring eligible in-ground mineral assets on-chain. This is presented as a secondary, forward-looking capital-formation initiative; the primary company story remains mining assets, project validation, and public-company execution.
